Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 scoop Mushroom Booster
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Spoon oats into 2 glasses.
  • Optional: add drizzle of molasses.
  • Add layer of vanilla yogurt.
  • Add another layer of overnight oats.
  • Top with gingerbread cookies and enjoy!
