Mushroom Coffee
Chocolate Pancakes
For the dry ingredients
- 1 scoop Mushroom Booster
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cocoa
For the wet ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 egg
- A squirt of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cocoa
Directions
- Whisk dry ingredients together in bowl
- In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients together
- Add your dry ingredients to wet and combine thoroughly until you have a thick batter
- Optional extra: melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil and stir
- Add pancake mix to pan on medium-low heat, and flip sides after 2-3 minutes
- Drizzle melted chocolate onto your stack and top with blueberries + crushed nuts for an extra boost
