Products ordered in accordance with these general terms and conditions will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer as the delivery address when ordering.

The delivery period starts as soon as the order confirmation e-mail is sent. In accordance with the law in force, Vitacare executes the order within a maximum of 30 days from the day of validation of the Order, subject to availability and full payment of the price.

In case of failing to deliver within this period, customers will be able to cancel their orders and will be entitled for refund.

The time and cost of delivery depends on the delivery area chosen by the customer when ordering, which will be indicated in the final invoice before the order confirmation. All our deliveries are made through DHL Fuel Surcharge.
