Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges will be done according to the retailer’s return policies. We gladly accept any unused items purchased on vitacareshop.com.

If you wish to return any item (within three days of the delivery date), send your request for retraction to the customer service department at info@vitascareshop.com, specifying the following information: order number, product to be returned, reason for the return.

Products returned should be presented in their original packaging without having been used, with the gifts sent with the package if necessary. We cannot accept items that have been opened. If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be included.

In case of damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us by mail at info@vitascareshop.com.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Your credit amount will need 10 to 15 business days to be refunded on your account after receiving your returned items (Business days are from Monday to Friday).

The shipping costs related to the return of your products remain at your expense.
